Along with the said application, the legal heirs certificate of Bhagwan Singh has also been annexed, which has been issued by the competent authority. Despite the said fact, till date, no steps have been taken. In such situation, this Court has no other option to dismiss the same. The present appeal is dismissed, being abated. Ordered accordingly.
