01.01.2026 Present: Mr. Hamender, Advocate vice Mr. Sandeep Dutta, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Lokender Kutlehria, Additional Advocate General, for the respondent-State Cr. MP No.5910 of 2025 The present application has been filed for cancellation of the non bailable warrants of arrest issued by this Court on 09.12.2025 to secure the presence of the petitioner/accused because he had left the address furnished by him without furnishing the correct address. The petitioner/accused present in the Court and has surrendered to this Court. Since, the purpose of issuance of non bailable warrants was to secure the presence of the petitioner/accused and today, petitioner is present in the Court. In view of above, the present application is allowed and the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on furnishing of fresh personal and surety bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction
of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court with an undertaking to appear before this Court as and when called upon to do so and to surrender before the learned Trial Court in case of dismissal of revision petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is also directed to file correct address of the petitioner while furnishing the bonds. Cr.Revision No.128 of 2015 As prayed for, list after ensuing winter vacation.
