Bhagawati, learned counsel, submits that the suspension order impugned in the present writ petition has already been revoked and the petitioner has been treated as being on duty. He further submits that since the petitioner has got the reliefs sought, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ proceedings. He also furnishes a letter dated 17.11.2023 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Nalbari. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
