It is submitted that the direction contained in the order dated 04.04.2026, passed in WP(c) No. 785/2015 and in continuation of the direction contained in the judgment and order dated 18.06.2025, passed in WP(c) No. 3545/2015 as well as in the contempt proceeding have been substantially complied with and therefore, prays that the contempt petition may be closed. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the said submission, but prays for liberty to avail appropriate remedy in the event any surviving grievance remains. 4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and the substantial compliance of the direction issued by this Court, no further order is called for in the present proceeding. 5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that if still the petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent action/ order of the authorities, it shall be open to the petitioner to avail such remedy as may be available in law by filing appropriate application.
