Perusal of the affidavit, particularly, Annexure-C at page 26 reflects that petitioner has acknowledged the receipt of Rs.73,800/-(Rupees Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred only) for the period of 01.08.1995 to 28.02.2001 and Rs.2,02623/-(Rupees Two Lakh Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty three only) for current financial year i.e. March 2023 to July 2023 as arrear salary.
