In view of the order dated 06.05.2026 passed in M.J.C. No. 4479 of 2019, arising out of the matter of Satyendra Tiwary Vs. Union of India & Ors., and in view of the show- cause filed in the said proceeding indicating that the payment due to the petitioner has already been made, the grievance raised in the present contempt application no longer survives. Accordingly, the present contempt application has become infructuous. 3.
