1. None has appeared on behalf of the appellants.
2. Ms. S. Paul, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. B.J. Mukherjee, the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. It appears on perusal of the record that in last occasion also, the appellants was absent without any steps and it was indicated in the said order, i.e. order dated 09.12.2025 that the appellants were granted one more chance, however, today also none has appeared when the matter was called up for hearing.
4. Accordingly, this court is left with no other option but to dismiss this regular first appeal for default.
