The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) to quash the parchas issued to several persons including respondent Nos 8 to 22 on 15. 12. 77 (Annexure-1 Series) by Anchal Adhikari Patahi prior to decision of the ceiling case no.132/74-75. (ii) to quash the certificate of delivery of possession issued by Anchal Adhikari, Patahi on 21.01.15 (Annexure-5 Series) on the basis of the parchas (Annexure-1 series) which lost its life and is non- est in the eye of law. (iii) to command and direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the land released in favour of the petitioner no.-1 and his family as unit of land holder and notified U/S 11 (i) and 15(1) of the Act.
