When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant states that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and, therefore, under the instructions received from his client, he seeks permission to withdraw present application. Permission as prayed for is granted. Present application is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
