Considering the fact that rejection of the petitioner’s claim on the ground of his physical fitness so available under Annexure-6, is not under challenge and petitioner has already attained the age of 59 years, this Court is of the view that no relief can be extended, even if petitioner is permitted to amend the Writ Petition in challenging order dated 14.03.2014. 4.
