CORAM: JUSTICE SIBO SANKAR MISHRA
Order No.
ORDER 18.05.2026
05.
1. The present Criminal Revision is pending since 2014. Attempt to settle the dispute between the parties yielded no result. Even in the 2nd National Lok Adalat, none had appeared for the parties despite service.
2. In view of the statutory mandate under Section 142(3) of the N.I. Act, the complaint case initiated by the opposite party in the year 2013 ought to have been disposed of within the stipulated time frame prescribed under law, the case still prolonging since last more than a decade. I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
