Learned Counsel for the parties file the Joint Compromise Petition indicating therein that parties have arrived at a compromise without any coercion and undue influence and settled the dispute/claim at Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand) towards further consolidated compensation, over and above the awarded amount in M.A.C. No.49 of 2011. The Joint Compromise Petition is taken on record. 3. Since parties are absent, on being asked, learned Counsel for the parties submit, they have executed the Joint Compromise Petition after taking consent from their respective clients. 4. The impugned Award is modified accordingly. As agreed between the parties, the amount, as indicated above, shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the Tribunal in shape of cheque within eight weeks hence. 5. On deposit of the said amount, the Tribunal shall release the amount in favour of Appellant (Claimant before the Court below in M.A.C. No.49 of 2011) in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the MACA stands disposed of. 7. It is made clear that, since the Appeal is disposed of in Lok Adalat, no Court Fee is payable by the Claimant. 8.
