01. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners fairly submits that with the change of circumstances and also in the light of the judgment dated 30.04.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in “Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir & Ors vs Saba Wani”, he has instructions not to pursue the instant contempt petition, as the grievances of the petitioners stand redressed.
02. In light of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, stands discharged. Contempt petition is disposed of.
