The Withdrawal Applications (IA Nos.11315/2026 & 14351/2026) have been filed on behalf of the appellant on the premise that during the pendency of the appeal, Smt. Vimla Kalra has already executed a sale deed dated 05.05.2021 of the property in question in Suit No.139 of 2010, Satyanarayan vs. Smt. Vimla Kalra and others, in favour of the wife of the appellant which was duly registered on 05.05.2021 and the parties relations have become cordial, therefore, the appellant has decided to withdraw both the appeals. The said applications are not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
