(2) Applicant is facing trial for the offences punishable under Section 302, 34 and 120B IPC. It is contended on behalf of the applicant that there is no eyewitness to the alleged incident; who fired at the deceased is not known and the applicant is under incarceration since 19.3.2014. Bail application is, accordingly, rejected. (5) However, considering that out of 40, only 15 prosecution witnesses have been examined so far, as informed by learned State Counsel, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
