01. Nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last two consecutive dates of hearing and same is the position today. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter.
02. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.

04. This contempt petition arises out of the interim order dated 11.12.2013 passed in SWP No. 2685/2013. Since the main Serial No. 40 Regular List
