In this petition, the petitioners have called in question the Government Order No. 310 RD & PR of 2014 dated 02.12.2014, to the extent it relates to his transfer from Mandal Phallian to Block Parli Dhar, District Udhampur. The impugned order has been assailed on the ground that same was premature and against the transfer policy. 02. The petitioner was 54 years old when this petition was filed in the year 2014, therefore, by now, he must have superannuated. 03. Having regard to nature of reliefs claimed, as also looking into the age of the petitioner, the petition, for all practical purposes, has been rendered infructuous. 04. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infuctuous.
