Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of order dated 08.11.2013 passed by the writ Court whereby a direction has been issued to the respondents to accord consideration to the petitioner’s claim for appointment to a post of Junior Engineer (Civil) Grade-II. 2. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondents wherein it has been intimated that the respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner and rejected the same in terms of Government Order No.384-PW(R&B) of 2021 dated 28.12.2021. A copy of the consideration order has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner today in open Court. Serial No. 30 2 CPSW No.539/2014 3. Thus, the respondents have accorded consideration to the claim of the petitioner and rejected the same, as such, no case for proceeding against the respondents is made out. The contempt proceedings are closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out appropriate remedy against the consideration order. 4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
