Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner has sought implementation of order dated 29.05.2013 passed by the writ court, whereby a direction has been issued to Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri to conduct detailed enquiry with respect to actual and physical habitation of the petitioner as well as respondent No. 6 in the light of Govt. Order No. 288-Edu of 2009 dated 08.04.2009 and to pass appropriate orders. Serial No. 19 Regular List CPSW No. 208/2014 02. The status report stands filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri in which it has been submitted that a detailed enquiry was conducted with regard to physical habitation of the petitioner as well as respondent No. 6 and report in this regard was submitted by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Nowshera on 30.01.2014, pursuant whereto necessary directions were issued with regard to selection in terms of communication dated 16.04.2014 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri to Chief Education Officer (CEO), Rajouri. 03. In view of the above, the judgment of the writ court stands complied with, therefore, no case is made out for proceeding against the respondents. The contempt proceedings are closed and the petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected application(s), if any.
