Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner and the same has been rejected in terms of consideration order dated 28.11.2014. A copy of the order has been produced, which is taken on record. 02. As per the direction of the writ court, the respondents were directed to consider the appointment of petitioner against the vacancy created on account of selection of respondent No. 6 as Laboratory Assistant. Once consideration order has been passed by the respondents, the order of writ court stands complied with. Thus, the contempt proceedings do not survive, the same are closed. 03. The present contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 04. In case, petitioner has any grievance against the consideration order, he is free to take available legal recourse against the same.
