Through the medium of present petition, the petitioners are seeking implementation of order dated 27.12.2013 passed by the writ Court whereby the respondents therein were directed to re-consider the petitioner therein namely, Kamla Devi’s claim for disability pension in the light of the observations made in the said order. 2. As per the compliance report, the matter has been reconsidered by the respondents and the disability pension has been sanctioned in favour of husband of the deceased petitioner-Kamla Devi. However, the arrears have been restricted to 02.11.2014. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the deceased petitioner-Kamla Devi should have been paid arrears with effect from 3 years prior to the filing of the writ petition but the same has not been done by the respondents while reconsidering the claim of the petitioners. 4. The direction of the writ Court to the respondents was to Serial No.22 2 CPSW No.9900007/2014 reconsider the case of the deceased petitioner-Kamla Devi for grant of disability pension, which they have complied. 5. The question as to whether the arrears of disability pension were required to be paid to the deceased petitioner-Kamla Devi from a particular date is a matter which cannot be gone into by this Court while exercising its jurisdiction under Contempt of Courts Act. If the petitioners have any grievance, they are at liberty to agitate this aspect of the matter by way of appropriate proceedings. 6. Once the respondents have, pursuant to the directions of the writ Court, reconsidered the matter and sanctioned disability pension in favour of the husband of the deceased petitioner-Kamla Devi, the direction of the writ Court stands complied with.
