CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE
ORDER 29.01.2026
1. The record reveals that the instant matter was admitted by this Court way back on 03.03.2018 and since then, no effort has been made on behalf of the petitioners to get the matter listed before this Court. Today, when the instant petition was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Otherwise also, with the efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous, which appears to be the precise reason for non-appearance of petitioner today.
2. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
