The grievance projected by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that respondents No. 2 to 4 are intending to fill up the post of Medical Officer Ayush at PHC Dharmari by transferring respondent No. 5 in place of the petitioner. 02. According to the petitioner, the scheme vide which she has been engaged does not envisage transfer of the engagee from one place to another. The order impugned dated 04.03.2014 has been stayed by this Court in terms of interim order dated 09.07.2014 which is still in force. 03. Today, learned counsel for the respondents has produced a communication dated 21.11.2025 wherein it has been certified that there is no transfer policy under National Health Mission (NHM) Serial No. 23 Regular List 2 SWP No. 1729/2014 meaning thereby there is no question of transferring the petitioner from her present place of posting. It is further indicated in the communication that respondent No. 4 is working at Ayushman Arogra Mandir (AAM), Sub Centre (SC) Gran, Block Reasi meaning thereby that she has not been transferred in place of the petitioner. 04. In view of the aforesaid stand of the respondents, the relief prayed by the petitioner in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 05. The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
