(case file no. 200/49/SOP/SHOP/Q4, dated 30.04.2007 and declaring the same as null and void as the same is without any authority of law and against the national policy of the respondent and also against the fundamental right of the Petitioner; and (b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the Order dated 20.05.2014 passed by the Learned District & Sessions Judge: South West District, Dwarka Courts; New Delhi in PPA No 22/11 and (c) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction for questioning and setting aside the Order dated 22.11.2013 passed by the Learned District & Sessions Judge: South West District, Dwarka Courts: New Delhi in PPA No 22/11.; and d) Issue a writ of Mandamus and/or any other writ, order or direction of a like nature quashing and setting aside the allotment letter dated 07.03.2014 issued by Respondent No.l in favour of Respondent No.3; (e) Issue a writ of Mandamus and/or any other writ, order or direction of a like nature directing the Respondent No. 1 to re-allot This is a digitally signed order.
