Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondent to restore pension to the Petitioner from the date it was stopped along with arrears, in terms of circular of Bank, which had been illegally recovered from the Petitioner, after payment and to give him benefit of commutation of pension along with interest @ 12% per annum. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that as Petitioner did not complete requisite number of years in service, he was not entitled to any pension. 3. None has been appearing on behalf of the Petitioner for last many dates. Also, none is present today. 4. Court Notice was served upon the Counsel for the Petitioner but was unserved on the Petitioner. 5.
