Proxy counsel for CBI on behalf of his senior counsel Mr. Ripudaman Bhardwaj mentioned that this fact has been verified and reported on behalf of the CBI in a case where Mr. Ripudaman Bhardwaj is the counsel in CRL.P 290/2024 CBI vs Sri Chand. 4. In view of what has been filed today on behalf of the Appellant, that copy of the death certificate is also part of the record and it is the same death certificate which was verified in CRL.P 290/2024 in case titled as CBI vs. This is a digitally signed order.
