In this suit for partition, preliminary decree was passed vide order dated 18.10.2024 declaring the shares of parties, which have been detailed in para 7 of the said order. Vide same order, a Local Commissioner was also appointed to visit the property, interact with the parties and suggest the mode of partition. 2. The learned Local Commissioner has filed his report dated 11.12.2024 wherein he has stated that the property bearing no.266, Village Hauz Rani, Opposite Press Enclave, New Delhi-110017 [hereinafter referred to as ‘suit property’] cannot be divided by metes and bounds. 3.
