Even her application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned Trial Court was dismissed mainly on the ground that her application, rejoinder, as well as affidavit did not disclose the true facts as to her income and employment. 4. The same came to be dismissed in limine vide the order dated 15.04.2014. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a Review Petition before the Supreme Court challenging the said dismissal. 6. This Court, vide the order dated 10.07.2015, taking note of the fact that the said Review Petition was pending before the Supreme Court, adjourned the present petition sine die. 7. As recorded by the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) in the order dated 07.04.2026, the Review Petition filed by the petitioner has since been dismissed, vide the order dated 05.12.2017. 8. Keeping in view the above development, and as contempt is a matter between the Court and the alleged contemnor, we do not deem it appropriate to proceed further with this petition.
