1. Application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of Petitioner No.10 seeking withdrawal of his name from the present Writ Petition.
2. For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed and name of Petitioner No.10 is deleted from the Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that present Writ Petition seizes to be maintainable, as Respondent has been made into Private Limited Company and is not covered in definition of State now.
5. Considering that the Respondent has become a Private Limited Company and do not come under definition of the State, present Writ Petition along with pending Applications stands disposed of, as not maintainable.
