Mr. Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner and respondent no.2 have arrived at settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of settlement deed dated 12.01.2026. He submits that respondent no.3 had chosen not to contest the present petition. 3. He seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the aforesaid settlement. 4.
