He, however, seeks to reserve his rights to raise all the contentions which have been taken herein, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage. 3. Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. 5. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case. 6. Since the complaint cases are very old, the learned Trial Court is also requested to make best effort to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.
