2. The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, and Sections 2 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: -
“1. initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondents/ contemners under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for their wilful disregard and defiance of order dtd. 06.01.14 in Writ Petition(C) No. 1215/ 11 and punish them for the same.
2. direct the respondents to immediately comply with order dtd. 06.01.14 in Writ Petition(C) No. 1215/ 11.
3. impose exemplary costs upon the respondents for their non- compliance with order dtd. 06.01.14 in Writ Petition(C) No. 1215/ 11 and to award to the petitioner - who is from a very humble, and financially weak strata of society the cost of litigation
4. pass such other orders and directions as deemed necessary under the facts and in the circumstances of the case.” This is a digitally signed order.
