1. Appellant has filed an appeal for reduction of the award dated 17.04.2014 passed by the Learned MACT, awarding a compensation of Rs. 10,99,537/- along with interest @ 7.5% p.a. from the date of filing of claim petition.
2. It is stated on behalf of the officer of the Insurance Company that the entire awarded amount has been deposited along with the accrued interest.
3. It is pointed out that 70% of the awarded amount has been released vide

4. We are informed that in terms of the award, compensation was directed to be paid to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and the learned counsel for the respondents/ claimants submits that the balance amount lying deposited along with accrued interest be released to the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he shall file No- Objection Certificate (NoC) on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5. On filing the NoC, the said amount be released to respondent No.1- Smt. Kamlesh Kumari, subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities. In case, the required NoC is not filed, then the same may be released as per the proportion detailed in the award, subject to fulfilment of all the fulfilment of all the requisite formalities.
6. Needless to say that the appellant shall be entitled to refund of statutory amount along with interest, if any and direction is issued to refund the same.
7. In terms of the aforesaid, the present appeal along with pending application (s) stand disposed of with directions in terms of the settlement.
