By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay for filing the application for setting aside the abatement. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.2215 OF 2026 1. By this application, the petitioner is seeking to bring legal heirs of respondent No.8 on record. Along with this application, he has also filed death certificate of respondent No.8. He has given the names of legal heirs in the body of the application along with affidavit. On the strength of the submission made on oath, the application is allowed. 2. The petitioner is permitted to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.8 on record within a period of one week. 3.
