DATE : 18-03-2026. Heard for some time. It appears that the order dated 10-3-2014 refusing to condone delay in filing appeal under sub- section (6) of Section 44 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (for short ‘the MHADA Act’) has been not challenged. The refusal, in our view, would certify the valuation made by respondent no. 4 in terms of sub-section (5) of Section 44 of the MHADA Act. Thus, in absence of challenge to order passed by MHADA Tribunal, no relief could be extended to the petitioners. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to 2026:BHC-NAG:4498-DB
