CORAM : NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI AND VAISHALI PATIL JADHAV, JJ.
DATE : 02nd DECEMBER, 2025 PER COURT :
1. In both these petitions the petitioner party-in-person is consistently absent since 04/11/2025. On 25/11/2025, by way of indulgence the matters were adjourned for today. Today, when the SVH 2025:BHC-AUG:33260-DB
2 934-WP-9522-14.odt matters were called out in the first session, considering the absence of party-in-person those were kept in the second session. When the matters were called out in the second session, the party-in-person is absent.
2. It appears that the party-in-person has lost interest in prosecuting the matters. Both the writ petitions are, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending civil applications also stand disposed of.
