By way of filing these petitions, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 74/2014, registered with the Police Station Jamwa Ramgrah, District Jaipur Rural for the offences (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2860/2014] punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 452, 427 IPC and Section 3(1)/3(x) of SC/ST Act. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report received from the SHO, Police Station Jamwa Ramgarh, Jaipur Rural, the petitioners have been acquitted on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties, by the competent Court of law vide judgment dated 17.09.2019. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, both petitions have become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matte, both petitions stand dismissed as rendered infructuous. Stay applications and all pending appliation(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
