Learned counsel for the petitioner-complainant submits that the instant petition has been submitted before this Court seeking issuance of direction to the Court below for sending the disputed documents/signatures to Forensic Science Laboratory for examination. 2. Counsel further submits that during pendency of the instant petition, the disputed signatures have been examined by the FSL and thereafter, on the basis of the report of FSL as well as the protest petition submitted by the petitioner, cognizance has already been taken against the accused persons, hence, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is rendered as infructuous.
