1. By way of fling the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.376/2013 registered with the Police Station Mathuragate, District Bharatpur for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 166, 167, 217, 218, 219 and 120-B IPC.
2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation, charge-sheet was submitted against the petitioner before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.2, Bharatpur way back on 28.12.2015.

3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant-respondent apprised this Court that after trial, the accused-petitioner has already been acquitted. He submitted that under the changed circumstances, this misc. petition has become infructuous.
4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
5. The factual report furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Mathuragate, Bharatpur is ordered to be taken on record.
