In view of the averments, as made, in the application, as well as, considering the fact that the purpose of issuance of NBWs has also been achieved, as the petitioner has put appearance, the application is allowed and the NBWs issued against the petitioner vide order dated 29.12.2025, are ordered to be recalled unexecuted. The application stands disposed of. Cr.MP (M) No.50 of 2025 It has been submitted by the petitioner that the surety, who is not stranger, but his father, is now no more on the land of living. As such, the proceedings initiated against him are ordered to be dropped. Cr.MP (M) No.51 of 2025 Since, reply to the show cause notice filed, as such, the explanation is considered and allowed. Proceedings, under Section 491 of BNSS (Section 446 of CrPC), which have been ordered to be initiated against the petitioner, vide order dated 29.12.2025, are ordered to be dropped. Cr.
