MP No.5777 of 2025 The present application has been filed for recalling of non bailable warrants of arrest issued by this Court on 16.12.2025 to secure the presence of the petitioner/accused because his surety had died and he was ordered to be taken in custody till furnishing of surety bond. The purpose of issuing non bailable warrants of arrest is to secure the presence of the petitioner. Since, the petitioner has appeared before this Court and the purpose has been achieved. As per report, surety has died, therefore, the respondent is directed to furnish a fresh personal and surety bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial), with an undertaking to appear before this Court as and when direct to do so and to surrender before the learned Trial Court upon acceptance of the revision petition.
