Though, time was granted to the appellant(s) to take consequential steps but till date no steps have been taken. On persuasive request of learned counsel for the appellant(s), last opportunity of further two weeks’ time is granted to do the needful, failing which adverse order shall follow. In the meantime,fresh power of attorney on behalf of respondents No. 3 and 6 shall also be filed. List after two weeks.” Today, again no consequential steps have been taken by the appellants for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2.
