Cr.MP No. 41 of 2026 The present application has been filed for extension of time to furnish fresh personal and surety bonds in terms of order dated 07.11.2025. It has been asserted that the mother of the applicant was ailing. Her condition deteriorated on 20.11.2015 and she was admitted in Medical College Nerchowk, District Mandi; hence the applicant could not furnish the bail bonds within time granted by the Court. No reply is to be filed. The averments of the applicant that his mother was ill are duly supported by the copy of discharge slip and follow up card. Illness is a circumstance beyond the control of a person, therefore, the present application is allowed and the time to comply with the order dated 07.11.2025 is extended by three weeks. The present application stands disposed of.
