Mr. Piyush Agnihotri, Advocate, vice Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashisht, Advocate, for respondents No. 1 to 3 and 5. Cr. MP No.692 of 2026 Instant application has been filed for seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 29.12.2025 passed by this Court, whereby fresh surety in respect of respondent No. 5, was to be furnished before Learned Trial Court concerned. 2. Perusal of the application indicates that reasons for not complying with the order dated 29.12.2025 are bona fide and not intentional. The application is supported by an affidavit with a prayer to grant reasonable time for furnishing fresh surety of respondent No. 5. 3. Upon listing of the application, which is formal in nature, Learned State counsel does not oppose the prayer for extension of time to furnish surety of Respondent No.5, as aforesaid. Taking into account the entirety of the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and Respondent No.5 is permitted to furnish fresh surety, in terms of earlier orders dated 29.12.2025, within three weeks from today.
