Ratti Ram vs. Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. Cr. Revision No. 61 of 2014 24.02.2026 Present: Ms. Pooja Thakur, Advocate, for the petitioner. None for the respondent. Cr.MP No. 589 of 2026 The present application has been filed for cancellation of non-bailable warrants issued by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2025. The record shows that the petitioner has left the address and his whereabouts were not known. The surety had failed to produce the accused on 16.12.2025, hence, his surety bonds were forfeited to the State of H.P. In these circumstances, the petitioner/accused is directed to furnish fresh personal and surety bonds in the sum of ₹ 50,000/- to the satisfaction of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court undertaking therein to appear before this Court as and when directed to do so and surrender before the learned Trial Court in case of dismissal of the revision petition.
