Prayer in the present writ petition filed Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of directing the respondents to grant Dual Family Pension after considering the case of the petitioner as, she is entitled and eligible for the same as per Gazette Notification issued by the Finance Department Govt. of Madhya Pradesh dated 23.12.2014 and to release all the consequential benefits with the arrears from the date from which the petitioner is entitled for dual Famil Pension along with interest @ 18% per annum.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
