Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar (Mohali) in Sessions Case No.01 dated 30.03.2013 arising out of case FIR No.63 dated 26.04.2012 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Kharar wherein appellant has been convicted for offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to imprisonment for life. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant has contended that the appellant-convict passed away on 28.07.2024. A photocopy of the Death Certificate has been filed today in Court.
