Learned counsel submits that the solitary ground on which the claim had been rejected for counting of military service in the order dated 02.05.2014, Annexure P-10 is that the petitioners have not refunded the bonus or gratuity paid in respect of the military services by defence authorities to the State Government, which is the stand also borne out from the written statement. He on instructions states that they are ready and willing to comply with all the conditions including refunding of the aforesaid amounts and prays that the case be reconsidered in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the claim of the petitioners shall be reconsidered, taking note of the aforesaid submissions, uninfluenced by the order impugned, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3.
