(ORAL) 1. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the cost stands deposited in compliance with the order dated 23.04.2026. 2. Learned counsel is not able to dispute that the initial appointment of the petitioner was as a Water Pump Operator (Helper), which is Class-IV post and was accordingly regularized as Complaint Attendant, which is also a Class-IV post. 3. As per instructions, there is no provision for regularization of a Class-IV employee against a Class-III post as sought by the petitioner, who is not able to substantiate, basis any rule, his entitlement for the claim as raised or demonstrate that he fulfilled the qualification required for a Class-III post.
