Matter came up for hearing on 07.10.2014 when interim order staying further proceedings before the trial Court was passed. 3. On 02.04.2024, Mr. Ankit Joshi, Advocate had entered appearance on behalf of petitioner. Thereafter, matter was taken up for hearing on three dates, however, learned counsel for the petitioner chose not to appear. Noticing the continued absence, this Court vide order dated 27.11.2025 vacated the interim order dated 07.10.2014 passed by this Court. 4. The matter was listed for hearing today, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today as well. Learned Senior counsel for the respondent informs the Court that the petitioner has already been declared a proclaimed person vide order dated 31.01.2026 in the above- said case by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ludhiana. 4. The matter pertains to the year 2014 and sufficient opportunities have already been granted to the petitioner to argue the matter. Noticing his continued absence without any satisfactory reasons and the fact that petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person by the trial Court, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. 5.
